​We are a quirky, heart-driven, historical hotel in the beautiful market town of Louth. With easy access to shops,cinema, restaurants pubs, and the various independent shops in the town. We are run with a charitable ethos with all profits creating opportunities for people with learning difficulties and supporting those who are struggling for food in the community through the Neighbours Kitchen. We believe in warm welcomes, special but unpretentious food and a relaxed yet attentive service. People are at the heart of what we do - you, our valued guests and our staff, most of whom may not have had the best start in life or have learning difficulties and whose potential has been overlooked - until now!! The Priory is a former nautical and mathematical academy built in the Regency Gothic style and combines history, great atmosphere and a great cause.
