Our aim is to help improve your mood, fitness and energy regardless of your age, physicality or fitness ability. We offer Reformer and Matwork Pilates, as well as Yoga, Barre and wellness events. Reformer Pilates is Pilates performed on a traditional piece of equipment which looks like a bed with springs for resistance, a sliding carriage for flow of movement with ropes and pulleys for hands and feet to create a more versatile workout for the full body.
