The team behind The Knowle is Zazu’s Pub Company, a Bristol-based independent company with five other community pubs: The Greenbank in Easton, The Alma Tavern & Theatre, Clifton, Westbury Park Pub & Kitchen and The Eastfield in Henleaze. We see our job as providing a pleasing local place to meet, socialise, eat, drink, debate, sit peacefully with a good book, send an email, catch up with friends, feed the kids or enjoy a great cup of coffee or glass of wine in the garden sun and just be... We like to work with great chefs, buy local produce, and select great local, national, and international drinks. We focus our attention on making sure we offer our local communities the very best environment to spend their time in, from great food and drink to great service from the minute you walk through our doors.
