The Hill’s Bistro was created by 4 Venezuelan entrepreneurs to serve as a place to gather with friends and family that is big on ambience and flavours but small on formalities. Open day by day for lunch and dinner, the Hills offers something for everybody. Visit us for all kinds of occasions; a quick bite at lunch, a catch up with friends, a family dinner, a romantic date, a scape after work, a corporate event, a birthday celebration, a kick start of an evening out, anything… The Hills is a place for you! Our menu spans dishes representative of Latin American countries like Venezuela and Mexico, as well as some British classics with a twist. From chicken wings, empanadas and nachos, to flame-grilled burgers, in-house sliced steaks, smoky ribs and healthful salads (including epic vegetarian and vegan options). Our chefs mix the freshest ingredients and play with a variety of cooking procedures to ensure they get the best and boldest flavours on every plate.
