The Fountaine Inn

An idyllic Inn, perhaps the most beautiful setting in the Yorkshire dales, offering great dining, with cosy snug and roaring log fires, low ceilings and a true welcome. Fine food is served all day, everyday, making the Fountaine an ideal walking destination at any time of year – only five minutes from bustling Grassington. Dining at the Fountaine is an informal affair, find a table in the bar browse our menu decide what you would like to eat and place your order at the food desk near the restaurant. Alternatively you may wish to enjoy a full waitress service were by you can check on arrival or ring and book a table at a time you require. Once ordering just sit back relax and enjoy your time with us. We have five delightful bedrooms at our Inn , which have been imaginatively created in “Minns Barn”, an ancient building just to the rear of The Fountaine. A little lane next to the pub, set amid old Yorkshire stone walls with nooks and crannies, takes you to our lovely accommodation, and brings with it the most beautiful setting for your stay in the Dales. Our rooms are modern, with all you would expect from an Individual Inn; plump cushions, great beds, power showers, flat screen TVs, WIFI, iPod docking stations and a whole host of extras for you to enjoy, so a good night’s rest is assured!
