Paragon Gym is a boxing and kickboxing gym in the heart of Shoreditch, East London. We offer personal training in boxing and kickboxing - both for complete beginners as well as more advanced students. We also run 6 and 8 week beginner boxing courses and beginner kickboxing courses. We train people of all ages and fitness levels, and we teach to a very high standard in a safe and fun environment. We've been here for nearly 30 years, welcoming people from all over the world.

Fight City Gym offers weekly classes in a variety of combat disciplines including Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We also have several Personal Trainers who are experts in these fields as well as strength and conditioning. We also offer White Collar Boxing, which involves a 12 week training course culminating in a match at a real boxing venue.
