The Bottle of Sauce is the newest addition to the Dodo pub co family and is a neighbourhood space to eat, drink and be social. Our Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas use the finest Italian ingredients, our dough is made in house and proved for 48 hours, The beef we use for our legendary burgers has been ground in house as well as a fine selection of craft beers, brews, wines and cocktails.
