Part of Eighth Day Co-operative, our café, serves up made-from-scratch food for a wholesome and nutritious vegan lunch. We use seasonal ingredients so the menu isn't set, meaning it can be different day to day. Find Eighth Day classics like our authentic Dhal, heaty mains including bakes, pies and pasta dishes, lighter bites like soup & artisanal sourdough bread, build-your-own salad, and our own vegan cakes & sweets too. Find speciality fairly traded and organic coffee, made by our barista trained team, craft beers from some of our favourite Mancunian breweries, and freshly made juices & smoothies. Stay in our cosy rustic cafe with free wi-fi or takeout in our eco-friendly packaging. Once you've finished your food, you can then browse our shop, for everything eco, ethical and plant based living, from household, groceries organic living, supplements and skin care & beauty.
