Sounds and Grounds is a family run one stop shop for all your Record and Coffee needs. Located on Birmingham Road in Cowes. We stock a wide variety of Vinyl Records, CD's, Cassettes, Music related VHS and Books. We also make a mean Coffee, (as well as Hot Chocolate!) Dogs are welcome to enjoy the music too; with biscuits and water on the house. We also buy and sell Record, CD & Cassette collections.
