Suppliers have been carefully selected during food buying trips, with family owned and run Haye Farm supplying poultry, eggs and organic fruit and vegetables to all Petersham Nurseries restaurants. Drawing inspiration from Boglione’s Richmond family home, Petersham House, the interiors demonstrate a charming elegance.
