Yulei, the visionary behind this culinary venture, began her gastronomic journey in Suzhou. Fueled by a deep-seated passion for baking since childhood, Yulei, a graduate of a respected British business school, refined her skills at the renowned Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in France.
