Hot Stone is an award-winning Japanese restaurant, often featured as one of the best Japanese & sushi restaurants in London by leading press. We are one of only seven restaurants in the whole of the UK to serve certified Kobe beef, considered by many to be the finest beef in the world. We take our name from the heated stone brought to the table to allow guests to partake in the ancient Japanese ishiyaki method of cooking and eating. This immersive dining experience gives a true taste of authentic Japanese cuisine, right in the heart of Fitzrovia.
