Our guest house is perfectly located in the heart of Windermere just a five minute walk from the train station. We have 9 boutique rooms, all en suite and set over two floors. Included in our price is a cooked breakfast and off site health club facilities including jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, gym, and swimming pool (unlimited use) We have king, double, quadruple, triple, twin and single rooms. So great for couples, families or solo travellers. Holly Lodge has lots of character and is one of the oldest in Windermere. We welcome children but are not pet friendly.
