Welcome to Haven Cottage, you will be welcomed by Amanda, and her husband Mark who is a keen walker; here you can relax and enjoy being looked after. Our breakfasts are very important to us and we have spent time sourcing the best local ingredients we can, taking into consideration the quality and taste so that you are ready to explore the Lake District. We have recently received the Visit England Breakfast Award. Haven Cottage provides high standard 4*Gold accommodation with a modern, relaxed atmosphere. We have 4 bedrooms including two large Luxury bedrooms / Suites and two smaller cosy double rooms; we also have a cosy guest lounge with a log burner for guests to relax in. You will find homemade cake here in the afternoons. Well situated, with free onsite parking and an electric car charging point, only a 5 minute walk away from picturesque Ambleside, with a good selection of shops, restaurants and cinemas. We are always available to provide suggestions for your walks and days out; Mark has a detailed knowledge of the area and will happily lend you a map to help you on your way.
