We are a husband & wife team with roots in Cornwall, UK and Rajasthan, India. Our food combines our shared love of the Indian flavour palate and cooking methods of India with a commitment to using seasonal Cornish produce which we have right on our doorstep. We mix ancient and modern techniques and presentations to achieve our style but the taste is discernibly authentic Indian.
