Our story begins from a small group of innovative young minds who identified a shortcoming in the way food is offered to people today. At Health County, we understand the health benefits of fresh, simple, tasty food, but also understand the difficulty for the customer with regards to accessibility and choice. We came together to think of a way to radically change the fast food market so that it focuses on the individual needs to the customer, and still satisfying their health requirements. Health County was born! In Health County, we aim to expand and continually provide our customers with an unrivalled experience, from the detailed worldwide sourcing of our fresh fruit and veggie produce, under the best and most hygienic forms. We also have a fantastic lean supply chain model in place so we aim to receive daily supply of our produce (JIT) to ensure all our recipes are fresh and contain the right nutrients to keep our customers healthy and happy". We are unique in the sense that we also provide healthy food education and information to our customers, giving them the power to choose what they want to eat. "YOU ARE THE CHEF", rather than "make do" with what is available. All our recipes are FSA certified and provide you with your daily portion of your 5-A-Day.
