The Clouds Café is located on View Deck 2 of the Spinnaker Tower, 105 metres above Portsmouth Harbour. Here you can sit back and relax with a drink and a snack as you enjoy the best, uninterrupted views of the city from floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. Clouds Café is also where our High Tea experience is served; the ultimate indulgence for that special occasion. Please note, you must have a General Admission Ticket, High Tea Experience or Tower & Sparkles Experience ticket to access The Clouds Café.
