A stylish detached self contained Bed and Breakfast with Self Catering accommodation within the courtyard of a Victorian town house in central uphill Lincoln, with free off-road parking. Easily located, just five minutes walk away from the historic quarter of Lincoln including Steep Hill voted Britan's best place 2011 by the Academy of Urbanism. The accommodation, which is on ground level, is furnished to a high standard and comprises of a lovely, large, centrally heated room, comfortable King sized bed, fully equipped fitted Kitchen with fridge, Hob, En-suite with Power Shower. Equipment includes: Flat screen TV, DVD player with DVD selection, Clock radio, iPod 4 docking station, Hairdryer, Ironing board & iron. Free Wifi with dedicated router. Quality towels and bed linen provided. Non smoking internally but there is also a nice patio area for guest's use with table and chairs. Check in is between 4pm and 9pm, check in is available outside of these hours by prior arrangement. We ask that you check-out by 10am Monday to Friday, 11am check-out Saturday and Sunday. Self service continental breakfast is provided with fresh milk & assorted cereals, bread, butter, fruit preserves, fruit juice, croissants, yoghurt and tea/coffee making facilities.
