Bentley's Oyster Bar & Grill

Bentley’s, founded by William Bentley in 1916 is one of the longest running Oyster Bars and Grills in London. A haven for fresh oysters, grilled wild fish and native meats from around the British Isles and has been under the watchful eye of Michelin starred Chef Richard Corrigan since its restoration in 2005, having previously been the Head Chef here in the early 90's. The sensitive restoration of this famous restaurant has retained many original features of the building such as the original oyster bar and the crafts heritage has been preserved in the carefully thought-out choice of furnishings, Robert Kime fabrics and wallpapers, oak flooring, light wooden panelling and the reframed old Bentley's fish paintings all add to the relaxed air of calm and understated luxury. Bentley's has its own in house fishmongers, bakery and patisserie as well as smoking it's own salmon in house.
