Bailgate Deli is a vegan and vegetarian café/deli in Lincoln's historic Cathedral Quarter. It serves great coffee and a menu of inventive, freshly made food to be eaten in or taken out. Its wide range of provisions includes salads and lots of chilled, frozen and packed goods. The deli stocks Welbeck Bakehouse bread. Hot food until 3.30pm Tues-Sat. Closed from 2.00pm Xmas Eve until Tuesday 2 January.
