Or feel free to visit our main branch in Bari, where we have had years of experience creating wonderful dishes, which we now bring to you in London.The most important ingredients that we use in creating our dishes are actually imported directly from local producers and farmers from the Puglia region.We use very little yeast in our dough for both our homemade bread and pizzas and the proving process is a minimum of 72 hours.We, Sassa & Sons, are bringing Italian style cooking to you using our grandma’s recipes, unchanged in every way.
