We are a typical English Bed and Breakfast on the sea front. Many rooms with wonderful sea views. We offer comfortable rooms and Free WIFI. You are well located here for cycling holidays and motorbiking trips to Yorkshire and Scotland. Easy access to Sunderland University and local attractions. If you want a reasonable guest house- ring us; we do great breakfasts or room only if you prefer.
