Impact is a well-established gym, with 14 years of trade, we have very strong links to the local community providing martial arts sessions, fitness and self-defence classes to local school children, to individuals on a 1-1 basis, and to professional athletes.

For those interested in the internal healing arts of yoga, meditation and tai chi, step up to a whole new level of Qi Gong healing. For stress relief, balance the chakras and boost peak energy flow in the meridians. Whether on holiday, working away or time to yourself Qigong can be done anywhere and suitable for everyone. We have a wonderful wellness suite inside Carrington Pharmacy with TuiNa Medical Massage and 1-2-1 or small group Qigong tutoring.
