Yam yoga studio

Yam yoga studio open in the center of antibes we are teaching yoga ashtanga the traditionale methode as in mysore india and vinyasa yoga as well hatha yoga. We have different classes in the week and all levels of students are welcome,the teachings are led in french and english, bilinguale . The studio has a nice clear space and the number of practitionners is in a small group maximum 12 .
