The Frogs' House

The frogs’ house is a yoga retreat centre in the enchanting medieval village of Saint-Jeannet in the south of France. Perched on the foothills of the Southern Alps, it offers breathtaking views of the French Riviera. We offer week-long yoga retreats led by Benoit, who grew up in the village, throughout most of the year. We also host yoga teachers bringing their own groups for their own private retreats. At the frogs’ house, first and foremost, we invite you to slow down, to take a step back from the habits and reflexes of the day-to-day, and to make space for yourself. Rest is the primary effect of coming to a retreat here. But a retreat here is also a holiday, to discover the delights of this beautiful part of the world, hikes and sumptuous picnics in the local "Baou" overlooking the Mediterranean, farm to plate organically grown local produce, wine, a French cooking course, and much more...
