Shoyu is a Japanese and French fusion restaurant, specialised in fresh homemade gyozas. We serve meat, seafood and vegetarian gyozas, so that everyone can enjoy! Our chefs serve seasonal dishes and appetizers as well, inspired by local produce. A selection of Japanese beers and local French wines are on our menu to compliment your dining experience.
