Restaurant LAO à EP7, la Guinguette Numerique & Gourmande

This bistronomic restaurant is located at the 2nd floor of the cultural center EP7. Facing the National French Library and the Seine river, the restaurant offers a fresh, homemade and honest kitchen. Flavours, quality of the products and a wine focus are the keys of the concept. The menu offers a French cuisine, with subtile notes of all around the world : LAO is open-minded as long as the taste is the best ! This cuisine is paired with artisanal wines, where winemakers leave their taste and their terroir in their wines. Selected by a former Gordon Ramsay’s sommelier, around 30 wines, representing the diversity of the french vineyard, only ir organic and biodynamic appraoch for the best experience in the glass.
