Two years after « Pierre Sang in Oberkampf », Chef Pierre Sang opened his second restaurant « Pierre Sang on Gambey » only a few steps away. In 2021, the restaurant on Gambey takes a new direction by moving from 6 to 8 rue Gambey to offer a warmer setting to its customers.

In June 2012, Pierre Sang opened his first restaurant « Pierre Sang in Oberkampf » in the heart of the 11th arrondissement in Paris. This booming neighborhood received him warmly. The unique menus, which change every day for lunch and every month for dinner, are an avalanche of flavors and textures. French tradition blends with Korean techniques and influences. Passionate about oenology, Pierre Sang has a particular desire to offer 40 quality references. Great vintages, less precious bottles or natural wines, the palette is within everyone’s reach. He now offers a quick menu to enjoy on the go at lunchtime and a tapas formula to share with friends or family in the evening.
