Le Venitien
Located on the "Boulevard des Italiens" in the heart of a famous Parisian business and entertainment district, the renovated Le Vénitien has a special story to share. The area became world known in the 19th century when the actors of the "Italian Theatre" (today the "Opéra Comique") christened it with its lasting name.Kings, queens, politicans and stars have all strolled the beautiful promenade, frequenting the famous "cafés" Tortoni, Frascati, or Le Napolitain where the Parisian "way of life" was cultivated.Le Vénitien is now the only remaining memory of this Italian inspiration. Still alive and dynamic, and continuing to provide a special experience compared to the surronding chain cafés, the Vénitien remains a classical Parisian café-bar-brasserie. Whith the reflection of the mosaics in the mirror lined walls, Le Vénitien is reminiscent of the city of doges (the other name of Venice), and invites you to spend time "au café". Have a drink, lunch or diner.
