Homade Nicois ice cream and sorbet and homemade Pastry. Everythings are made without artificial arôme and color. The chef use some good quality products (Iran's pistacchio, Madagascar's vanilla, chocolaté Michel Cluizel 85%, Piemont's hazelnuts, local fruits...) sorbet with 70% of fruits. Not To much choices (16) but changing often!
