SUMMER 2021: lunch service will be closed until August 31!! Milagro is a bistronomic restaurant in the heart of Paris's 7th arrondissement, just a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower and Ecole Militaire. It's Chef Justin Kent's second restaurant project, open 4.5 years after the opening of coffee shop & eatery, Zia. At Milagro, Chef Kent and his équipe are all about bringing together fresh, quality ingredients to create harmonious, delicious recipes, all the while applying imperative discipline and technique. At Milagro (Spanish for "miracle"), you'll feel like you're dining at the home of close friends -- who just happen to be Michelin-trained chefs, ha! Chef Justin and his wife, Lindsey, love entertaining in their home with friends and family. There's nothing quite like spending time with loved ones around a table full of food, wine, conviviality, and laughter. The dishes at Milagro are inspired by a variety of international cuisine using seasonal, high-quality ingredients.
