Since 1852, Fouquet manufactures in its Parisian laboratories among the best pralines and confectionaries (dark and milk chocolate, jellies, soft caramels, nougats, hard candies...). It is the fifth generation of the same family who now runs the company and welcomes you in one of the three shops in Paris.
