Opened on March 2017, Madame Jeanne, the gourmet restaurant of Maison Buon, proposes a handmade cuisine made of local products as well as natural wines. The restaurant and its patio are offering to the visitors a vegetal pause in the heart of the city. The chef Xavier Zapata (formerly chef at the Villa Méditerranée and Peron) masters the kitchen to enhance local and seasonal products.
