A Tea & Sweets room : La Madeleine de Proust The Alchimiste Pâtissier in Dangé St Romain welcomes you in his tea room to drink a tea, coffee, or homemade juices with a macaroon, or a pastry, or to enjoy a brunch in the manner of Proust. All our products are locally sourced & homemade. Our tea room is based in an old farm along the river, in a green, Zen & cocooning atmosphere, with a piano. Please book your table before visiting :)
