Les Argentiers Brasserie Restaurant Paris 12

The brasserie Les Argentiers is a stone's throw from the Reuilly-Diderot metro station. In a typical regular bistro setting, we are welcomed like at home. On the menu for this brunch, a series of very good classics served at the table. After choosing your hot drinks (filter coffee, tea, unlimited chocolate) and a good fresh fruit juice, arrive a plate of homemade pancakes with jams, Nutella or honey. For the salty, several options which give a wide variety of choices: the possible eggs be Benedict, scrambled or fried, accompanied by bacon, chicken, sausage (special mention for this one) or salmon and sautéed potatoes very melting or fresh fries. That day we are also offered a delicious very soft zucchini velouté or an extra fresh salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and eggplant caviar. To finish we end on the sweet with a white cheese and dried fruit muesli served with a very good small fruit salad.
