Facing the Mediterranean Sea, our restaurant Le Siècle is at the heart of West End Hotel. It was constructed in 1842 and is an example of Belle Epoque architecture with its red velvet seats, its Art Déco glass roof, and its copper tones and wooden panels. Our Head Chef Romain Tummeo and his team compose cuisine with decidedly Mediterranean overtones marrying the tradition of French gastronomy with Provençal culture.
