Le Pistou is a small, private cooking school in the heart of historic UZES - one of the prettiest towns in the South of France and a great place from which to explore the region. The school specialises in 1-day cooking classes of PROVENCAL dishes or Classic French cuisine. But we also offer guided market tours and a wide arrange of other inspiring classes - from FISH and DESSERTS to authentic INDIAN, LEBANESE and other exotic cuisines... Open every day and, if your itinerary demands it, we can also do classes on Sundays and Holidays.
