Le Lion Bossu

Since 1989 M. and Mme. Coué have been running this restaurant, situated in the heart of the historic old town of Lille just 5 minutes from the two stations and close to the Lion D'Or square. Based in a traditional old Lille house dating back to 1681, the dining room is an intimate space with old brick walls and beautiful beams. The food is generous, inspired and very tasty. Mme Coué manages the kitchen and produces delicious dishes such as beef fillet, stewed oxtail in red wine, foie gras ravioli or crisp skewers of snails and gazpacho. In the dining room, M. Coué is always on hand to assist with the wine list which features a carefully selected choice of regional French wines
