A bit of history ... The Hot Club was founded in 1948 by a handful of students of Fine Arts, crazy Jazz and Be-Bop, newly arrived on the continent. They were unaware that the Hot Club de Lyon, "fruit of passion" would become over time the Jazz center in the Rhone-Alpes region. Great musicians have made ​​the reputation of this club Peninsula. Duke Ellington, Honorary President, Miles Davis, Louis Armstrong, Dizzi Gillespie, Art Blakey, Boris Vian, Joe Henderson, Chet Baker, Dave Liebman, John Scofield and many others rocked the roof of this magnificent vault.
