Le Colbert

Our establishment, Le Colbert, wants to be a pleasant and family place at affordable prices on all exchanges. All of our desserts are homemade. We have chosen to promote local businesses: oysters and seafood are delivered to us from olive growers in the Rhône and Oléron regions. The butcher, Mr. Texier, is just in the neighboring street. Vegetables and fruit come from the surrounding traders (depending on the available supply and the seasonality of the products of course).
