Maison Saint-Maur has just opened a few months ago in the heart of Paris. Sebastian Perez Pezzani, a great reporter, decided to settle down in Paris and devote himself to his first passion, cooking. For this new adventure, he is surrounded by the cheffe, Giovanna Salvi, Belgian by birth but who then moved to Pantelleria, a small island located between Sicily and Tunisia. Between them, they propose a home cooking that looks like them. A cuisine where products are kings and flavors at the rendez-vous.
