A huge yellow tree painting stands above the red couch. The restaurant L'Arbre Jaune, offers an inventive menu composed of small plates. This restaurant is a kind of family story. Marine and Didier welcome their "heart family ", their friends, their neighbours and food lovers from all over. Since a month, word to mouth, for good products and great wine lovers travel around Paris. Every day the small plates menu changes depending of the season, the market choice, the breeder's arrival, all severly selected. On the tables many small plates to share (or not) compose the meal. Some will enjoy the calamar stuffed with blood sausage, the crusty beef cheek or the goat milk ice cream, discovered at the Petit Vatel where Marine was Chef these past five years. Since, Didier has set aside his sound engeneer material to come back to his first love pastry. His fig pie is just a dream. He has also explored the independent "vigneron"cellars to compose an attractive wine menu. Today, on the terrace, away from the cars, it is great to have a drink sharing an Anchoïade or some Galice beef ham.
