Musée des Beaux-Arts
The museum, housed in an old private mansion, displays two permanent collections: Fine Arts (350 paintings and sculptures from the 14th century to the present day) and The History of Angers (550 archaeological pieces and objets d’art from the Neolithic period to the present day). Not to be missed : Joardens, Champaigne, Lippi, Guardi, Tiepolo, Boucher, Watteau, Fragonard, Corot, Maurice Denis or Morellet.
