Mama makes its revolution! May 68: Clermont revolution with the opening of La Mama. End 2014: Second Revolution, La Mama moved two steps, with the restaurant's address Annex. Enlarged rejuvenated, embellished, but always with excellent pizzas which its reputation for almost 50 years ...! Yes, good news for fans of historical and pizzeria for all Clermontois the unmissable and charming Raynald Cross and Coco companion reinvested and restyled the beautiful area of the Annex in order to install our favorite Mama, pretty stone decor Wood and guarded by a sexy Lara Croft! A traditional Italian concept, successful mix of their specialties 2 restaurants: the Italian map with the legendary pizzas some twists in the Auvergne sauce, risotto, pasta, osso bucco or cutlet Milanese and how bistronomie dishes such as lobster in tarragon or stripe net acidulated orange. A card that is enjoyed around a fine selection of wines exclusively unearthed from small Italian producers, in collaboration with the expert Jean Francois Mouchonnat. A superbly Mama lifted, but still warm and generous to (re) discover an emergency, on-site or at home with takeaway pizza!
