La Lavandière

La Lavandière is a beautiful stone house in the Poitou-Charentes region of France and in the heart of the pretty village of Voulême close to the Charente River. We have comfortable antique beds with cool Egyptian cotton sheets and luxury en-suite facilities. We are situated between the ancient cities of Angouleme and Poitiers with walking, cycling, horse riding and kayaking available on the doorstep and are an hour and a half from La Rochelle and the Atlantic coast.
