La Belle Noix

La Belle Noix is a family walnut farm located at the foot of the Vercors mountains. Here, Dorothée and Ludovic share the work of the walnut: one looks after the production of this local dried fruit, while the other transforms them into sweet and savory gourmet products, but always 100% made on site. On the same premises, Ludovic's sister Séverine set up her artisanal walnut oil mill in 2018. Using all-stainless steel equipment and an ancestral method, she presses the kernels into a delicious golden oil, filling the whole farm with a delicious walnut fragrance. We offer : - GUIDED TOURS of the nucicultural farm and mill on Tuesdays and Thursdays during school vacations from February to August at 10am. - LE TRESOR GOURMANDE DE CLARA treasure hunt, a fun way to discover the nucicultural farm, - a camper van park.
