Kodawari Ramen is a unique and authentic restaurant in the center of Paris, to enjoy a delicious home made ramen. The place is carefully decorated to truly immerse each customer in Tsukiji, the famous fish market that closed on 2018 . Everything is made at the restaurant including noodles and broth. Like the tradition in Japan, ramen is a simple yet very elaborate dish.
