Festival des Pâtes hand-pulled noodle originated from Huanglongxi, China since Song dynasty. It based on fresh handmade dough without additive. It consists only of plain flour, egg, water and oil. When you order your noodles, you can watch the presentation of stretching out the dough like a rope in front of you.
