Zoo Parc des félins, les Trois Vallées
In Montredon-Labessonnié, in the heart of the Tarn Mountains, the Zoo des 3 Vallées is one of the largest south-west zoos in an exceptional rural and landscaped setting, 58 hectares and 3 kilometres of hiking trails that go from site to site through an exceptional collection of 600 animals representing 70 species of wildlife, including an exceptional collection of some of the most beautiful cats on the planet, some of them rare, the African plain of 10 hectares in a singular setting that the valley offers with its giraffes, its zebras that gallop freely with their young, next to the wildebeests, the antelopes. A beautiful relationship to the living and the biodiversity. Located in a particularly agricultural region, it benefits from the contribution of local farmers. The mountainous and steep character of the whole site did not allow the construction of facilities with pits as in some parks, creating the illusion of a certain freedom.
