Born of a dual Vietnamese and Italian culture, Chef Émilie BONISTALLI draws inspiration from this cultural heritage to flavor her dishes and culinary ideas. A graduate of the Grégoire Ferrandi school in Paris, she sharpened her experience in various restaurants in the capital and in 2012 created the EMI-LEE restaurant located in the heart of the 10th arrondissement of Paris, a stone's throw from the fish market and its shopping streets. This is where Emilie and her team refine and improve recipes for your on-site and take-out lunches, your lunch, meal or catering deliveries for your events. Choose and compose a balanced, homemade, quality meal, all in a bowl that you eat in or take out. We encourage you to come with your own container which we will fill with the formula of your choice.
